Caiman Hat Clips was a unique internal project during my time with Enventys Partners. After developing this product and finding initial success from a profitable Kickstarter campaign, my team and I were responsible for continuing Caiman’s success by launching the brand on Amazon. In its first year post-Kickstarter, I was responsible for building the Amazon product listing, which included conducting keyword research and competitor research, offering graphic design direction for product listing images, implementing lead generation tactics and email marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and handling customer service management, which included fielding all customer feedback and preserving our 4+ star ranking on Amazon.
